What is an Xpass?
It is your admission ticket to the event that can be customized with digital collectibles (frgmnts) that you collect as you journey through the Encounter. In addition, collecting these frgmnts may allow you to redeem special benefits in our retail area.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your tickets will be in your Vault post purchase. You can access your Vault: Here
Where can I purchase a ticket?
You can purchase them from here , or onsite at Level 2. We encourage you to purchase tickets online as there may be limited availability.
Are there different ticket types and how much are the tickets?
You can get Regular or VIP tickets. For Regular tickets, you get access to the experience and a 5% discount when you spend over 80 SGD in the retail space. For the VIP tickets, you get all the perks of a regular ticket, the Hellfire Club VIP Bundle, consisting of a Hat and a T shirt and Priority Event Access.
Do note that children aged 6 years old and above (as at 1 January 2023) will require a ticket for admittance.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
In your Vault (here), navigate to the chosen ticket you would like to transfer. There is a transfer ticket button on the ticket in the Vault's overview.
This link is valid for 24 hours and can be sent to anyone, the person that opens the link will claim this ticket and will see your transferred ticket in his/her Vault. You will receive an email with your registered email address and your sent ticket will vanish from the Vault’s overview.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, we do not accept printed tickets due to security reasons. The QR code will not be valid when trying to enter the event with a printed ticket. Ticket validation will be done via QR code scanning directly from the Vault.
Use your mobile phone to log into the Vault and click access and present the QR code to the staff at the experience.
How long does the event run for?
The event runs from 30th June to 1st Oct 2023
What are the opening hours?
L2 Palace Arcade (Ticketing, General Merchandise)
- Open daily | 10 am to 10 pm.
L7 Stranger Things Encounter (Event Hall, F&B, Exclusive Merch)
- Open Monday to Friday | 2 pm to 10 pm
- Open Saturday to Sunday | 10 am to 10 pm
- Last entry at 8.30 pm
Can I bring my children?
Yes, children aged 6 years old and above (as at 1 January 2023) will require a ticket for admittance. - staff reserves the right to verify a child’s age upon entry.
Persons below 13 years old should be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian at the event.
All attendees will be required to have a ticket to enter the event on level 7.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make it, we highly suggest transferring your ticket to someone who can!
Can I resell my ticket?
Reselling for profit is not allowed, however you may transfer your ticket to another customer if someone within your party is unable to make it for the event. We reserve the right to take action against resellers.
Is there a ticket limit on my purchase?
You can purchase up to 75 tickets per time slot given that those time slots are available.
To book across dates, you should purchase the first batch of tickets followed by the next batch of tickets in a separate session.
Can I reschedule my tickets for another date and time?
We do not reschedule tickets, please adhere to your ticket's date and time.
Can I buy my tickets at the door?
To choose your preferred date and time, please go to this link to buy your tickets. We can facilitate purchases at the door but tickets and time slots are subject to availability.
When do I need to arrive at the venue?
Please be present at least 15 minutes before your allocated start time.
What happens if I am late?
Latecomers may not be permitted entry due to capacity reasons.
Can I host a private event?
Yes, Group bookings are applicable to 10 pax and above. Email Group.Bookings@MightyExperiences.com to find out more.
Where is the Event?

You can redeem your tickets at Level 2.
Is the event free?
No, but at the Palace Arcade on Level 2, you can purchase select merchandise and get a taste of the full event.
What happens if I encounter an emergency and require assistance?
We will have dedicated staff members on-site to provide assistance in the event of an emergency.
Please do not hesitate to approach any member of our team if you require assistance or have any concerns during the event.
Your well-being is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that you have a safe and enjoyable experience with us.
Is there lift access?
Yes, there is a dedicated lift that shuttles visitors from L2 to L7.
Are there provisions for wheelchair access/persons of limited mobility and service animals?
Yes, the event is accessible for those with limited mobility.
Does this experience takes place indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place in an indoor, fully air-conditioned area.
Do I have to dress up for this event?
There is no dress code but we highly encourage you to dress in line with the Stranger Things theme.
Will there be interaction with the actors?
Yes, you will have the chance to interact with the immersive actors during the encounter. We request that you treat each performer with respect.
Will there be strobe lights/flashing lights?
WARNING: PHOTOSENSITIVITY/EPILEPSY SEIZURES
READ THIS NOTICE BEFORE GOING FOR THE EVENT:
The experience contains medium strobe lights, flashing lights, light audio and smoke effects. A very small percentage of people may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain kinds of flashing lights or light patterns. These persons, or even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy, may experience epileptic symptoms or seizures while at the event. If you or any of your relatives has an epileptic condition or has had seizures of any kind, consult your physician before going for the event. Alert the staff onsite immediately and consult a physician if you or your child experience any of the following symptoms: dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, loss of awareness, disorientation, or convulsions. Parents and Guardians should watch for or ask their children or legal ward about the above symptoms.
Will there be food and beverages on sale?
Yes, There are stranger things themed food and drinks on site such as Surfer Boys Pizza and Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream.
Will there be exclusive merchandise available?
Yes, we will have special, limited-edition merchandise, clothing, and other collectibles on sale.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are restrooms available in the Starcourt Mall area. However, visitors will not be allowed to use the washroom during the Encounter (~30 minutes).
Are there lockers on site?
No, there are no lockers on site. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal items/belongings.
Are contactless payments available at the event?
Yes, we support contactless payments at the event.
What language is the Encounter held in?
English is the primary language.
Help! I’m allergic to
All food and beverage is optional to purchase at the retail area. We highly recommend asking the service staff at each store to check if any of the foods prepared contain your allergen.
Is there parking?
The event is held at Bugis+. The nearest parking space will be at the mall's carpark.
Can I take photos during the event?
Yes, you may take photos during the event.
Will there be any photo-taking or video-taking at the Event?
Photos or videos of customers may be taken of customers at the event, and are subject to our privacy policy.
Will there be any Halal food at the event?
No, but the food available at the event does not contain pork, lard or alcohol.
I’ve already attended a Stranger Things event overseas, will this be the same?
No, we are delivering a completely separate event based on an original story in the Stranger Things Universe.
What can I expect from the Stranger Things The Encounter?
A comprehensive, immersive event that takes you through key locations in the Stranger Things Universe. There will be opportunities to enjoy food and beverage straight out of Hawkins as well as collect items featured on the show.
How long will my Encounter be?
The Encounter will last for approximately 45 minutes, based on how much time you spend at our retail area.
Will this event be available in other cities?
It's only available in Singapore right now, but look out for updates on where we might pop up next.
Are re-entries allowed?
Re-entries are not allowed.
What are the prohibited items at the Experience?
Glass containers of any kind, food & beverages, flowers, pets (only service animals are permitted), aerosol cans, firearms, knives, box cutters, weapons of any kind, chairs, signs, sticks (including selfie-sticks), poles, laser pointers, whistles, air horns, bull horns, fireworks, illegal substances/narcotics, pepper spray, mace, and any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate. Unlawful items that are discovered during security checks are subject to being confiscated and the person in possession of those items may be handed over to the Police.
Can I bring a child to the event?
Yes, but do note that Stranger Things The Encounter is recommended for ages 13+. All minors are recommended to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
